Background
Peľe was contracted for designing a proposal to a new idea for the new light fixture product line and be showcased at Salone del Mobile, the largest global design exhibition.

Natevo aimed to venture into the new target demographic
Natevo aimed to identify new target groups for the upcoming product line in order to increase their sales.
Current product styles did not keep up with the trend
At the Salone del Mobile, Natevo's current design styles were criticized for being conservative rather than innovative. As a result, the company aimed to break through with a new, more innovative style.
Invested in User research to align users' expectations with the new business goal
Throughout the user research, it was evident that Natevo prioritized conservative and traditional values, which resonated strongly with their audience. As a result, striking a balance between these values and incorporating innovation became a key goal for the brand's success in their product development efforts.
Inspired by the nature light and expression of the time
The design decision for the new product revolved around the integration of natural light, technology, and time as its central theme.
Chip and tech integration
We utilized the Arduino Nano and LED immersion to replicate sundial movements.
Implemented the plan for easy installation and accessibility
Designed a manual for users to install the design at home with ease. Unlike many light fixtures, installation of Peľe's design will not damage the wall and can be done in just 8 simple steps.
